We are very pleased to announce that Heather Choat has been appointed as Home Manager. Heather is a passionate and dedicated individual who enjoys delivering high standards and quality care. Heather has worked in the care sector since 1990 and has been a registered manager since 1993. She has worked alongside the Care Quality Commission and to turn poor homes into good homes and Heather is delighted to have joined the team at Halstead to lead it in this exciting new chapter.
We are also delighted to announce the appointment of Jamie Cutmore as Deputy Home Manager. Jamie brings with her deep knowledge about our residents as well as a real passion for high quality care.
We know that you value the calm and compassionate approach that Jamie brings to her work at the Home, and which is standing her in good stead as a deputy manager.
At the start of June we are welcoming Lisa Grimshaw as our new Home Administrator. Lisa has worked for many years as an administrator in care homes and brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to the team. Welcome Lisa!
