On Monday 11 January 2016 we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission, which is the body that regulates the activities that we provide at Stowlangtoft Hall. We are delighted to announce that Stowlangtoft Hall has been rated as a ‘Good’ home overall, and in every area in which we were inspected.
What is very evident from the report and from the comments of the residents and staff who spoke to inspectors on the day is that this is a happy and caring home with a special group of staff who do their very best to make every day as good as it can possibly be for our residents. Fundamentally we now know that all the very hard work that has been put in by every single person at Stowlangtoft Hall is just what inspectors want to see and more importantly is making a difference to those in our care.
As CQC said in their report: “…the value and contribution of each member of staff was recognised and contributed to the provision of a service that had all the hall marks of excellence.” We are very proud to have received such an accolade.
